- Any owner who plans to make Modifications, Alterations or Improvements to his or her home or lot land is required to obtain written
approval from the Design Review Committee (DRC) AND the Department of Hawaiian Homelands (DHHL). This includes PV Solar Panels, extensions, foundations, pools, boarders, etc.
Does the City & County still do bulky item pick up once a month?
The city and county no longer does bulky item pick ups on a regular schedule for Kanehili. You will need to schedule a bulky item pick up yourself here:
